Finalize on arrival in Srinagar, where the tour manager will meet the group at the airport and take the guests to the hotel for a short while to rest. Free after the afternoon, do a shikara cruise on Dal Lake, dotted with floating gardens, blossoming lotuses and brightly painted houseboats. As the day winds down, sip a warm kahwa in a tranquil lakefront evening.

After your breakfast, you can start your journey towards Pahalgam through apple orchards, saffron fields and small Kashmiri villages. On the way, you may stop to have some walnuts, dry fruits and local snacks. In the afternoon you will arrive at Pahalgam, where you can relax near a stream in the middle of a valley while evening falls.

Have fun riding through the Betab Valley and the verdant meadows of Aru Valley and Pahalgam, with the option of pony rides (at your own cost). Picnic-style photography stops along the way at crystal streams and pine forests await you. You'll return to your hotel for a hot meal and a comfortable night in the mountains.

Drive back to Srinagar and stop at the ancient Avantipur ruins on the way. Visit the Mughal Gardens that have terraces, fountains and tall chinar trees. In the evening, shop your heart out, as you please, for shawls, dry fruits and handicrafts.

Drive up through green hills to Gulmarg, offering great mountain views and pine forests on the way. This tour offers to spend a day in the meadows, taking pictures and enjoying fresh air, with an optional gondola ride (on your own ticket). Return in the evening to Srinagar for a last night's stay.
